Two ways to set it up

1. Connect an AI tool (MCP)

Best if you use Claude, ChatGPT, or another AI assistant. Paste Markit's server URL into your AI tool, sign in with your Markit login, and approve the connection. No code and no key to manage.

Available on the Essential plan or higher. Today you can ask your AI tool about your contacts and lists, your past texts and conversations, your events and guest lists, your forms, automations, products, memberships, and tracking links. You can also have it add contacts and text one of your contacts. Managing your lists and texting many people at once are coming next. 2. Build with the Markit API

Best if you're building your own app or agent. Generate an API key in Markit, call the API to send texts and manage contacts, and use webhooks to react when someone replies or signs up.

Tips

• Start with your own number. Text yourself first so you can see exactly what your audience will get.
• Keep a human in the loop. Have your agent draft a text and confirm it with you before it goes out to your whole list.
