Import Phone Contacts

Beyond importing a CSV, Markit also lets you bulk import your phone's contacts directly within our mobile app. It's an extremely easy way to sync your existing numbers onto Markit without formatting a spreadsheet first.

How it works

From the audience tab in the mobile app, you can import contacts straight from your phone's address book. Markit reads the names and phone numbers from your device and adds them to your Markit audience, the same way an imported spreadsheet does.

This is the fastest way to get your existing numbers onto Markit if they're already saved to your phone, since there's no spreadsheet to format or upload — see Import CSV if you'd rather import from a spreadsheet instead, which is also available on desktop.

Important note on importing phone numbers: By importing contacts, you acknowledge and agree you have obtained explicit consent from the individuals whose phone numbers you are uploading, or will upload, and also agree to our terms of use.
